AGE OF GUESTS
Guests making a booking or any additional guests over 12 years of age, will be considered as an adult.
The number of adults and children to occupy the property must be stated at the time of booking and must not exceed 15 Pax. Property boundary lines, privacy, and the quiet environment of neighbors are always to be respected.
PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED
Any kind of pet animals or birds are strictly not permitted on the property.
SWIMMING POOL USAGE
Swimming pool usage is complimentary for all residents; please abide by the rules and regulations displayed to avoid injury and discomfort to you. Any kind of unusual activity in the pool area will incur penalty charges.
ARMS AND AMMUNATION
No Arms or ammunition are allowed on premises, if there are personal assistants accompanying you during your visits, who carry valid license arms or ammunition they would have to be stationed outside the premises ensuring not to cause any inconvenience to ongoing general public or personal.
Check-in 14:00 hours (if early check in is required) you will need to let the property know in advance what time you will arrive.
Check-out 12:00 hours.
Late check out charges would incur charges of INR 2000 per hourly basis.
CALL OUT CHARGES// DAMAGE TO PROPERTY
In the event that guest(s) set off security alarms - or damage or misuse appliances or electronics - the guest will be responsible for callout fees. The callout fee will be charged against the security deposit, or to the credit card used upon booking. Guests agree to keep the premises reasonably clean and tidy at all times and agree not to remove any chattels from the property. The owner and his representative reserve the right to inspect the property at any time. Please report any damage or breakages to us immediately. Guests will be charged for any repair or replacement costs arising from damage caused to the property/chattels during their stay. Costs will be charged against the security bond, or, to the credit card used to pay for the accommodation. All charges are subject to our discretion and our authority to do so is valid for sixty (60) days after the departure of your stay.
Increased occupancy, excessive noise, or illegal activity will result in an INR 10000/- penalty fee, immediate eviction, and forfeiture of the remaining paid rentals. This penalty fee will be charged against your security deposit, or the credit card used to pay for the accommodation. Use of the property for purposes other than a residential dwelling like any illegal entertainment/leisure or fun activity will result in immediate eviction from the property, termination of the booking, forfeiture of all prepaid rentals and a penalty of INR.20000/- deducted from the security bond and the balance to the credit card provided upon booking.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
When you make your booking you must complete our booking form with any residential proof document to be submitted for all the travelling passengers at the time of booking. If any amount is not paid as per the requirement within the stipulated time, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and retain any deposit paid. Once we have received your booking form and deposit, we will confirm your stay by issuing a confirmation invoice by email. This invoice will be sent to the party leader. Contact us immediately if any information which appears on the confirmation or any other document appears to be incorrect or incomplete as it may not be possible to make changes later. We regret we cannot accept any liability if
we are not notified of any inaccuracies in any document within 5 working days of sending it out.
If the booking is cancelled 10 days Prior to check in date, 10% of the advance paid will be charged as a cancellation fee.
If the booking is cancelled Within 10 days of check in date, full advance will be forfeited.
In case of complete country lockdown situation or travel restrictions as per Government orders due to COVID-19, and the booking is cancelled 10 days prior to the date of check in, full advance amount will be refunded without deducting any cancellation charges.
In case of similar situation the booking is cancelled within 10 days from to the date of check in, a credit note shall be issued equal to the advance payment made. The credit note shall be utilized within a year from the date of issue of credit note. Please note while re-booking the property, rates will be applicable as per our bar rates of the season.
At the time of Check-in refundable security deposit of INR 25000 will be collected. This bond is payable with the final balance 30 days prior to arrival. It is held in trust until after the guests have vacated the property, and a departure inspection has been completed. The security bond is refunded to the guest by way of their nominated credit card less any cost or expense, damage, breakage, or other loss applicable to or arising from the use and occupation of the property pursuant to this reservation. Should the bond be inadequate to fully cover any costs that may arise, we reserve the right to invoice you for the immediate payment of any liabilities associated with your stay.
