Villa can accommodate up to eight guests in the three air-conditioned bed rooms with three ensuite bathrooms. All the bedrooms have king size beds with a comfortable ten-inch mattress. The rear patio has a sit out with a private outdoor luxurious Jacuzzi.
The Villa is a Duplex with an air-conditioned living room, fully-equipped kitchen, with one-bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor. The first-floor hosts two air-conditioned bedrooms each equipped with ensuite bathrooms with private spacious sit out balconies. The air-conditioned master bedroom on the first floor comfortably fits one king size bed and two single beds with a comfortable ten-inch mattress.
The tastefully designed air-conditioned living room has a bar with comfortable seating. For ones viewing and entertainment pleasures there is a LED TV connected to Tata Sky and a DVD player. The Villa is unique in terms of layout with an exemplary standard of accommodation and modern design.

Check in times
- The check – in and check – out timings are 14:00 hrs. / 11:00 hrs. respectively.
- Late check – out and early check – in are subject to availability and on additional charge.
- Early Check-in 6:00 am are billed from the previous night
- Before 06:00 hrs. shall be charged 100% of the applicable rate.
- Between 06:00 – 10:00 hrs. will be charged 50% of the applicable rate.
- Between 10:00 – 14:00 hrs. without any charges but room subject to availability.
Policies & Disclaimers
Cancellation/ Retention Policy:
- The cancellation 30 Days To 15 Days prior shall draw 50% retention
- The cancellation 15 Days To 07 Days prior shall draw 75% retention
- The cancellation 07 Days To date of arrival prior shall draw 100% retention
- Cancellation Policy for Long Weekends High Peak Season period (20/12 – 10/01) will be Non-refundable bookings.
- Any consequential change or cancellation of your booking by the Owner, you will be informed on priority basis. If requested and based on availability we will try to arrange alternative stay of a similar type, price, standard and location. OR we shall refund all monies paid by you.
- Any cancellation (for whatever reason) must be in writing. The effective date of cancellation is the date we receive written notification. Full refund will be allowed to cancellations that have been made 3 months or more, prior to the date of arrival.
