Our quaint little villa is located in the peaceful village of Saligao. The Villa comprises of three ensuite bedrooms, multiple living areas furnished with unique artefacts.
Lush green lawns cover the exteriors with a comfortable seat out area to compliment the same. Step inside the Villa to a grand living area. The first bedroom is on your right. The kitchen is to your left adjoining a private library. A flight of stairs takes you to the lounge area equipped with a DTH television, and upper level bedrooms. Thekitchen is well equipped with cooking range, basic cooking utensils, glassware, microwave, and refrigerator.

Check in times
Check-in/Check-out policy
- The check – in and check – out timings are 12:00 hrs. / 10:00 hrs. respectively.
- Late check – out and early check – in are subject to availability and on additional charge.
- Early Check-in 6:00 am are billed from the previous night
- Before 06:00 hrs. shall be charged 100% of the applicable rate.
- Between 06:00 – 10:00 hrs. will be charged 50% of the applicable rate.
- Between 10:00 – 14:00 hrs. without any charges but room subject to availability.
Policies & disclaimers
Cancellation/ Retention Policy:
- The cancellation 30 Days To 15 Days prior shall draw 50% retention
- The cancellation 15 Days To 07 Days prior shall draw 75% retention
- The cancellation 07 Days To date of arrival prior shall draw 100% retention
- Cancellation Policy for Long Weekends High Peak Season period (20/12 – 10/01) will be Non-refundable bookings.
- Any consequential change or cancellation of your booking by the Owner, you will be informed on priority basis. If requested and based on availability we will try to arrange alternative stay of a similar type, price, standard and location. OR we shall refund all monies paid by you.
- Any cancellation (for whatever reason) must be in writing. The effective date of cancellation is the date we receive written notification. Full refund will be allowed to cancellations that have been made 3 months or more, prior to the date of arrival.
Owners Instructions
Please note:
- Due to the sheer number of artifacts strewn around the home, families with younger children may prefer not to choose our home.
- Damage (if any) costs will have to be borne by you at the property itself prior to checkout as assessed by the owner.
- They request you to refrain from playing loud music beyond reasonable hours or disturbance of any kind to the neighbors.
- Stags please excuse, we prefer couples or families.
- Please share exact guest count to avoid embarrassment at the property.
- Unaccounted / surprise guests are not welcome at our property, please refrain from doing so.
- Drugs, prostitution and illegal activities are strictly prohibited and will be reported to the authorities immediately.
- We are not pet friendly (not by choice but health reasons).
- Smoking is allowed only in outdoor area. Strictly no smoking inside the villa.
