Policies & Disclaimers

Cancellation Policy: 

• 20 days prior to check in full booking amount will be refunded
• 19 days or less to check in 100% retention will be charged.
• In case of early checkout, the guest would be charged for transportation cost at actual if he/she has availed it on package.
• Any delay or cancellation of hotel booking on account of cancellation of flights or any other transportation arrangement due to bad weather or other nature cause will be liable for cancellation charges as mentioned above.
• In case of no show / cancellation without the consent of the hotel/resort reserves right to charge retention to the person/ company, making the booking.

Hotel Policy:

• Liquor/Drinks/Juices consumed by the guests are chargeable.
• Credit card/Debit card are accepted, or payment can be made in cash or by cheque.
• 5% extra will be charged by bank towards use of credit/ debit cards.
• Outside food and liquor strictly prohibited owing to safety concerns in the Forests.
• It is a plastic free zone. Kindly avoid carrying plastics to resort.
• Extension of stay can be arranged on pro-rata basis at the resort subject to availability of cottage
• No provision for room service is made available at the resort.
• All Vehicles are being provided Valet Parking Kindly Provide the Vehicles keys at our main Gate, our Person will Park it at our Parking Zone.(As soon as a customer's car is left in our care, we take every precaution to protect it.)
