Check in times
Check-in/Check-out policy
- The check – in and check – out timings are 12:00 hrs. / 10:00 hrs. respectively.
- Late check – out and early check – in are subject to availability and on additional charge.
- Early Check-in 6:00 am are billed from the previous night
- Before 06:00 hrs. shall be charged 100% of the applicable rate.
- Between 06:00 – 10:00 hrs. will be charged 50% of the applicable rate.
- Between 10:00 – 14:00 hrs. without any charges but room subject to availability.

Cancellation/ Retention Policy:
- The cancellation 30 Days To 15 Days prior shall draw 50% retention
- The cancellation 15 Days To 07 Days prior shall draw 75% retention
- The cancellation 07 Days To date of arrival prior shall draw 100% retention
- Cancellation Policy for Long Weekends High Peak Season period (20/12 – 10/01) will be Non-refundable bookings.
- Any consequential change or cancellation of your booking by the Owner, you will be informed on priority basis. If requested and based on availability we will try to arrange alternative stay of a similar type, price, standard and location. OR we shall refund all monies paid by you.
- Any cancellation (for whatever reason) must be in writing. The effective date of cancellation is the date we receive written notification. Full refund will be allowed to cancellations that have been made 3 months or more, prior to the date of arrival.
